Humphrey Park Ladies Bowling Club - 865 1978

The bowling green is managed by The Humphrey Park & District Bowling Club which was formed in 1950, approximately a year after the green was first laid. It is a friendly, thriving club with members of all ages. Beginners and experienced bowlers alike are welcome to join and tuition is given if required.

The bowling season runs from April to September each year.

The Ladies have a club afternoon on Wednesdays from 1.45pm when everyone has the opportunity to bowl.

Crown Green Bowling is a popular sport and leisure activity which is suitable for all ages. It is played for the challenge and competition, personal enjoyment, activity, the pleasure of spending time outdoors and for social interaction. It is also a low impact, therapeutic form of exercise with many benefits:
