MUSIC LESSONS MANCHESTER
We are a family run, independent music school, passionate about delivering the highest standard of music lessons and tuition to students of all ages and abilities regardless of whether they are learning to play guitar, drums, piano, sing or anything else!
With two of our own Anthem Music Schools and numerous Primary/High Schools/Colleges we work alongside, we know the importance of ensuring learning music is always fun! We strongly believe that lessons should be tailored to the student’s needs and that everyone should be encouraged to achieve their full musical potential on their instrument.
We have a team of highly skilled, DBS checked teachers who can show you the basics or help you break through to the next level in your playing. Alongside music teaching, most of our team also perform for a living, bringing performance and stage experience with them into the classroom.
FREE TRIAL LESSON
We offer a free trial lesson to all new students! You will get the chance to meet the teacher, experience a lesson and discuss what you would like to learn in your music lessons.
WHAT TO EXPECT
All of our tutors are fun, friendly and passionate about playing music. Your first lesson will be a relaxed introduction to find out in which areas you would like to progress. In every lesson you will cover a variety of aspects from technical exercises, scales and music theory to learning your favourite songs, recording and improvising. You will help design your own course by the things you would like to learn alongside our guidance and recommendations for the best way for you to progress. Lessons can be technically demanding with the view to getting great exam results/preparing for an upcoming performance. Or they can be a relaxing hobby, showing you the best way to make the most of your instrument/voice.
PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES
As part of the Anthem Music School in Manchester, we love to give our students the opportunity to perform together and to play something they've been working on in their lessons with our twice yearly Showcases. These are open to all of our students to take part in, young and old, beginner and virtuoso! Concerts take place at Media City in Salford Quays.
