The Adult Dance Class is currently aimed at people who have danced before. Beginners are also welcome to get in touch, as a beginner's class may be possible if there is a demand for it.

Dancing provides a gentle form of aerobic workout which can improve the posture of your lower back, help develop a flatter stomach, tone your leg muscles and boost cardiovascular performance. In short, it is an excellent form of exercise.

Tap dance is a lively, entertaining and fun activity characterised by the sound of tap shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion. The sound is made by shoes that have a metal "tap" on the heel and toe.

Ballet is a highly technical form of dance which has influenced many other dance genres.

Modern dance is a free expressive form of dance. It was developed in the early 20th century as a reaction to classical ballet.
