Parties

• Parties are held in the hall, are permitted for children up to the age of 12, and must finish by 6.00pm. Please state the age of the child on the booking form.

• For safeguarding reasons, parties can only be booked when the hall, annexe and committee room are all available. Please check the calendar app before submitting your enquiry.

• Bookings are subject to the availability of a volunteer to supervise the event.

• If you are an associate member, a regular direct user of the centre, or are booking on behalf of an organisation with sufficient staff to supervise the event, please mention this in the Additional Information section of the booking enquiry form.

Price: £26.20 per hour.
Public Liability Insurance is charged at an additional 10% if required.

Maximum Capacity: 100 (deduct 1 for each table used).
