This room is mainly used as a meeting room but can also be used for other purposes.

Please use one of the folding tables provided if you wish to provide a main meeting table at one end of the room.
There are plenty of comfortable chairs.

Bowling Season (April to September)

The Annexe may be in use by the bowling clubs from April to September on the following days and times:
Mondays 12:00 to 21:30.
Tuesdays 12:00 to 16:00.
Wednesdays 13:00 to 21:30.
Sundays 08:00 to 21:30.

You can request bookings in the Annexe as follows:
• During the days and times stated above, ad-hoc bookings only.
• At all other times, you can request both ad-hoc and repeat bookings, subject to availability.

Should you wish to look at an alternative room, the Old Library is of a similar size to the Annexe.
