Annexe
Calendar colour: Orange.
Price: £7.50 per hour.
Public Liability Insurance may be charged at an additional 10% if required.
Maximum Capacity: 25 people (reduce by 1 for each table in use).
The Annexe is mainly used as a meeting room but is also suitable for a variety of smaller activities and group sessions.
Folding tables and comfortable chairs are available to arrange to suit your needs.
Bowling Season (April to September)
During the bowling season (April to September), the Annexe may be used by the bowling club at the following times:
Mondays 12:00 to 21:30.
Tuesdays 12:00 to 16:00.
Wednesdays 13:00 to 21:30.
Sundays 08:00 to 21:30.
During these periods, only ad-hoc bookings can be requested. At other times, both ad-hoc and repeat bookings are available, subject to availability.
If you need a similar-sized alternative, the Old Library may also be suitable.
